I read a cheesey early 60’s post-nuke novel called Alas, Babylon. One of the things I remember about the blast is how coffee became more valuable than whiskey. (Also remember the beer on the roof scene in The Shawshank Redemption.) Diet Pepsi in the Zone? Bring it to me.
That book had a good Zone feel to it, too. The thing had nearly disintegrated from age.
And what on earth is that thing in the lower left corner?
This might make a good t-shirt, though.
If I’m not mistaken, merchandising sales are about as bad as the rest of the economy. This looks like it’s as good a stimulus package as any thing coming out of DC these days.
Slater is wearing the Barret, i figured it was better suiting to him being an officer. I slapped as much gear onto Meaker that I could think of, give or take a few things.

perfect job, thanks chris
Nice. Is Pepsi the official drink of Corpse Corps?
I was wondering who was going to notice my Product placement.

Sgt. Meaker drinks pepsi, You should too! I wonder if Pepsi has to start paying us for promoting them.
Ever notice how people pay companies to advertise for them? Adidas shirts are a prime example that comes to mind. It’s funny in a weird way.
So, John, who’s who?
